INSURANCE, COUNSELING, ASSISTANCE and REFERRAL
The I-CARE Program is a program offered to you through the Area Agency on Aging at no cost. Certified Insurance Counselors and trained volunteers can assist you with your Medicare, Medicaid, and Health Insurance questions by providing information, comparing policies, and helping resolve problems with claims and appeals. |
| The following services are offered through the I-CARE Program: | |
| • | Medicare, Medicaid, and Medicare Supplement Information with regard to various program, benefits, and policies |
| • | I-CARE staff will help you compare Medicare Part D Plans and get answers to your questions |
| • | I-CARE staff will provide educational presentations in the community on a variety of Medicare related topics |
