The Santee-Lynches Regional Council of Governments is developing a Regional Green Infrastructure Plan to help communities in Clarendon, Kershaw, Lee, and Sumter Counties better identify, utilize, protect, and/or restore natural assets to create healthy ecosystems, communities, and economies.  The following meetings will be held at the James Clyburn Intermodal Transportation Center in Sumter. 

Wednesday, July 20, 2016, 1:00-4:00pm – Introduction

Tuesday, August 30, 2016, 1:00-4:00pm – Identify key Green Infrastructure themes for the region

Wednesday, September 14, 2016, 1:00-4:00pm –Review first draft of Green Infrastructure Plan and develop recommendations

Wednesday, October 5, 2016,  1:00-4:00pm – Review final draft of Green Infrastructure Plan
