The Legal Assistance Services Program establishes a referral plan for older persons with legal issues who have the greatest economic or social needs.
In partnership with SC Legal Services, Santee-Lynches helps relieve individuals 60 years or older of the financial burden for legal help. The Santee-Lynches Legal Program, when appropriate, will make a referral to SC Legal Services to match an individual with an attorney.
