T.B.R.A.
Santee-Lynches Regional Council of Governments (SLCOG) is partnering with area counties, Sumter, Lee, Kershaw, and Clarendon, to help meet the needs of locals in financial crisis. The SLCOG Tenant-Based Rental Assistance Program (TBRA) is for people living in the four counties who are low to moderate income and meet one of the following criteria:
18 years or older or,
Married or,
A military veteran or,
Have at least one dependent.
**Applicants must meet household income requirements by HUD. This determination is based on household income via HUD Income Calculations.**
**Section 8/Public Housing tenants are unable to apply**
